Application Form

Following documents are required to be submitted along with the application form:

• An attested photocopy of the matriculation certificate, showing the candidates date of birth.
•  Attested photocopy of mark-sheets of a) School finals b)I.Sc.              
•  Attested photocopy of the passing certificate
•  School/College leaving certificate from the institute last attended(original)
•  Migration Certificate (original)
•  Recent passport size photographs-(3 copies)
• Caste & Residential Certificate for Scholarship if applicable
• Adhar card copy
